FOR THE LOVE OF EGGS

The very precise to-the-second timing of a boiled egg is a cause of serious conversation, deliberation and occasionally (if the yoke goes unacceptably hard) argument in our house. We do, fortunately, generally agree about egg cups, wooden plates, jugs of flowers, the nicest accoutrements to accompany said boiled egg. Here they are, all the nice things. As for the timing of your boiled eggs, you’re on your own there I’m afraid.
