Superfolk

Superfolk is a design and make studio led by partners Gearoid Muldowney and Jo Anne Butler who met at art school in Dublin in 2005. Gearoid is a designer and craft-maker and Jo Anne is an architect. Together they design and make homewares ‘for people who love the wild outdoors’. They recently re-located their home and studio to the beautiful west coast of Ireland were they work slowly and deliberately, taking time to create objects of real beauty, integrity and soul. Products that reflect the character and behaviour of the raw materials from which they are made. They first collaborated professionally in 2008 and the rest is Superfolk history!
